On Thursday, July 1, 2021, "Sushi Restaurant Ichimoku Ryozen一目良膳” managed by one of our group companies "E Hotels Co., Ltd." opened in Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture.

The name of the restaurant, "Ichimoku Ryozen一目良膳" was born from the Japanese maxim “一目瞭然ichimoku ryozen＝obvious at a glance”. In other words, once you eat it, you can see how good it tastes.

At this restaurant, you can enjoy Edomae sushi (Edo or Tokyo-style sushi) using seafood dispatched directly from Toyosu/central market in Tokyo, and creative cuisine specially made by the chef with a great selection of Japanese sake and wine.
